Of Our Office Staff Always helpful, Mrs. Lila West fulfills her position as secretary with more than average enthusiasm. She types and mimeographs the daily announcements and processes exams for the MHS fac- ulty. She also answers the phone, records student insurance, and handles the mail. The smiling face of Mrs. Jackie Simcox greets all people coming into the Student Affairs Office. As bookkeeper, Mrs. Simcox pays bills, writes checks, and keeps the books in order. One of her main duties is the recording of all absen- tees. She also has charge of the infirmary and helps the treasurers of various clubs balance their books. 2l
