MR. KEITH I-IOCKERSMITI-I, fhe newesf member of fhe board, was previously on fhe Oak Grove school board and served on fhe Jackson Counfy School Disfricf Reorganizafion Commiffee which worked on consolidafion. MR. FRANK BASI-I has always faken an inferesf in school affairs. In addifion fo serving as member and chairman of fhe board, he has served on local and sfafe educafion commiffees. I-le is fhe vice- presidenf and compfroller of California Oregon Power Company. MR. WILSON SLATER, clerk of fhe school board, fakes minufes of fhe meefings and disburses disfricf funds. As financial direcfor of fhe school disfricf, he is in charge of fhe budgef. Because of fhe new Sfafe Reorganizafion Acf, fhis year five adjoining school disfricfs, Jacksonville, Griffin Creek, Ruch, I-loward, and Lone Pine, con- solidafed wifh Medford.
