I am from Hannover, West Germany, where I attended the Kaiser Wilhelm Gymnasium. Although Medford is not really what a foreign exchange student dreams of, over all I have had a lot of fun. I have gained a lot of new experiences during the last year, and I found many new friends. Most of all, I enjoyed watching the basketball games — and the cheerleaders, because we don’t have those in Germany. And I had a lot of fun at the volleyball tournament and the prom. I would like to thank everybody for helping me to go through this year. Special thanks to my Host Family and Annie! Nollenberger graduated from MHS in 1962. He taught Business Education at MHS from 1966 until his death on February 12, 1987. He was a dedicated husband, father, and teacher. He provided a good example as he faithfully served his family, church, community, coun- try and school with dignity. Mr. Nollenberger will be remembered by his friends, colleagues, and family as a person who gave of himself unselfishly. His memory will always be with us in the many lives he touched, the pro- fessions he started, the yearbooks he helped provide, and the many pic- tures he photographed. The Salty Dogs.
