The Library Club has for its purpose acquainting students with the use of the library and the proper care of books and other materials. Student librarians assist student in locating books and refer- ence material. They check out and return materials to the shelves, check on lost and overdue books, change the bulletin board, keep order, and keep the tables and magazine racks in order. Students assist with typing and preparing books and other materials for circu- lation. This limited introduction to the work entailed in the library may interest some in library work as a career.
