The role of science today, more than ever before, is of vital interest to every- one. With the current space race and high-powered nuclear weapons, it is extremely important that our students be well informed and well prepared. Business The Business Department in our school endeavors to train individuals for future em- ployment in the commercial field. Students are taught the basic fundamentals of typing, shorthand, and bookkeeping, and are prompted to excel to the best of their ability. Awards of certificates or pins are given to those students who have achieved significant goals. Students are employable upon graduation. Mr . Woehrle wait for her class to finish their timed writing.
