I fir t row Don Yates, wayne Bog s Jim R am, O'Del1 Nott, Bob Dozer, Ronnie Love, elvln Meeas, Don doore, D ve Yoder, Mar second rov Bob Love, nurwyr selt, Ronnie Amrlne, Richard Huffman, Dave Roo ers Don Juan Hant Jeorge Toops dr Ro eberry coac JH PIGH BASKETBALL DQUAD Whereas the Jr High football team took a turn for a better season, the basketball suffered its worst season in four years A switch from the zone defense to the man to man protec tion brought out a lot of troubles which took most of the season to rectify However, the staff is hoping that this small amount of preliminary training in this defense and tactics will prove worth while in the several years to come This Jr High squad was one which could do most anything in the practice sessions and it seemed to net them points However, by game time, the lid on the basket was securely in place and scoring was practically nill in more than one game Defeats came at the hands of dest Jefferson, Urbana, and two each from Catawba, wosedale and Mt bterling Tne 'Indians won over west Jefferson, Urbana and Milford Center Letter winners are Don Moore, wayne Boggs, Bob Dozer, Ron Love, Richard Huffman, Jim Ream, Melvin Meeks, o'de11 Nott Dave Rodgers, and a managers letter to David Yoder. 51 Q LL ' -ll 1 IE?
