He teaches diversified occupations, sociology and economics, and is varsity football coach. NT X-+-. R, Mrs. Nelda Daugherty received a B. S. degree in business education from Tennessee Polytechnic Institute. Teaching first year typing to tenth graders, eighth grade subjects, and being advisor to the jlmior High Student Council have been her official roles for this school year. Commerciol Trom Dolores Jones and Bobbie Jean Campbell type with speed and accuracy as part of their commercial course. mg for Future Jobs . As part of our academic program, we must adequately prepare students who have selected a business career. These students have the choice of typing, Shorthand I and II, bookkeeping, and office practice. Basic experience in these courses helps many students on the road to a successful future in the business world. Mrs. Lou Clark acquired her B. S. degree from Appalachian College. She has been the guiding influence in the Commercial Department for a niunber of years. This year teaching U. S. history to juniors has been part of her schedule.
