Student Services - 1 3 Student Services at Meadowdale High School provides the student with academic instruction in school. Activities relate directly to the needs of each student, exist within the reg- ular school program, and provide counseling and guidance for the stu- dent. ln addition, each student is ex- posed to working situations with supportive classroom situations, in order to develop an understanding of his or her own interests and capa- bilities. The goal of Student Services is to ha ve each student realize his or her greatest educational, social, and employment potential, so that a use- ful and productive life may result. I. i 50 FRESHMEN Meadowdale's Flock Of The Freshman Class walked through the doors of Meadowdale Senior High School a bit uneasy, many wishing they had the securities of Junior High. This was overcome at the naming assembly when the Juniors and Seniors welcomed them. The Seniors christened them the Sheep . The flock started the year plodding, but picked up the pace, and jagged through fund raisers and a successful mid-season dance. The Class of '85 was led by an enthusiastic group of officers: President Steve Grant, Vice-President Harold Moore, Secretary Leanna l.aCour, and Trea- surer Teresa Maki.
