Wayne Cooke Victor Barta Mrs. June Simons NOT PICTURED: Milford Johnson Staff The action begins when Roy Ander- sen opens the doors of Mead High at approximately 6:30 and the staff enters. Roy keeps the schools clean and in shape while Axil keeps the buses in mechanical order to bring 50% of the action in. The cooks have begun preparation of a hot lunch to be served to about 180 students. These are just a few duties of the all-day service our staff renders. Janitor-Roy Andersen

An outstanding student of the Senior class, Denny Washburn, is Valedictorian, class President, Math Club President and secre- tary-treasurer of the M-Club. Denny has been on the honor roll, lettered in basketball and football each year in his high school days. He also lettered in track one year, held the offices of class treasurer his sophomore year, student council representative his junior year. Math Club vice president his sophomore and junior years.
