Roy keeps the schools clean and in shape while Axil keeps the buses in mechanical order to bring 50% of the action in. The cooks have begun preparation of a hot lunch to be served to about 180 students. These are just a few duties of the all-day service our staff renders. Janitor-Roy Andersen

Mrs. Wallace As kindergarten teacher, Guidance counselor, and Junior class sponsor, Mrs. Wallace plays a role in the students so- cial as well as academic life. Mr. McDole Music was kept in ac- tion by Mr. McDole in his vocal, instru- mental and educational music classes. He re- ceived his MM degree from the University of Nebraska. Besides sponsoring Pep Club and FHA, Mrs. Volin teaches the jr. high and high school home economics classes. She also makes varsity cheer- leader outfits. Mrs. Volin Mr. Miller Mr. Miller is centered around the vocational agriculture department and sponsors the FFA chapter at Mead. He also sponsors the jun- iors and teaches biol- ogy- In Mrs. Garton's first year at Mead, she taught four English classes, speech, di- rected the jr. and sr. class plays, and was sponsor for the sophomores. Mrs. Garton Mr. Haag W ith the help of Mr. Haag, Mead started its first year of Voca- tional Business Edu- cation. Besides his six period day of business classes, he coached volleyball. Principal Mr. Lloyd Lamb Mr. Lloyd Lamb attained his ME degree at the University of Nebraska and attended summer school for five years. He has taught four courses of social studies, sponsored the Senior classes, and been Principal of Mead High School for three years. 3
