A senior at last! You kept repeating the phrase as if it held a certain air of magic. It hardly seems possible that four years could go so fast and yet hold so many memories of M.H.S. Little things took on special significance, each event became a memorable occasion. New friends, became old ones, and older ones became dearer. And we attended each event with the very phrase, This is the last . . . . The last pep rally, the last class play, and the Junior- Senior picnic. You took part in all the senior activities but suddenly May came before you realized it, and the year came to an end. You are now ready for the all important step out of the halls of M.H.S. Here's to the seniors, an important part of Alma Mater, Mead High . The seniors discovered a new and confusing way to make mon- ey— they set up a boardinghouse in their senior class play. THE BOARDINGHOUSE REACH . This was Wilbur Maxwell's way to earn money for a bicycle that he had tried so desperately to get. Things went 'round and 'round. Finally it's discovered that somebody in the house is a bank robber, before the mess was finally straightened out Wilbur had his bicycle and the audience was dead with laughter over the antics and the zany characters.
