The highlights of the Knight’s season included...” Early promise . . . gift sent from heaven, via Buffalo, N.Y. ... finally defeating Mooney (first time in eight years) . . . mid- season slump (eight losses in a row) . . . team meetings (what was wrong?) . .. found an answer before the AQ game (““You’ve got two good arms and two good legs, dammit, you have to use them!”) . . . it worked — beat Aquinas 59-55 . . . revenge on East Rochester (after inspiration from Tex and Napes) .. . four corner stall . . . defeated Hilton in sectionals . . . played in “the Big House” against Monroe (everybody got in) . . . finding out Gene was human (but not always being too sure about Sonny) . . . a raunchy locker room . . . Baldy (was she really?) ... getting down on Pinhead . .. Haneburr Honebun, Honeburr Hanebur . . . sighting some good lookers from the bench. . . pansies on defense . . . betting milkshakes . . . loose as a goose ... prima donnas . . . the whole crowd — Thanebun, Stone- burr, C-C, Arnie Nuvo, Zelmo (left early with the measles. Was he disappointed!?), Tex, Boxhead, Juice, Doc, Napes, Pin- head, Sonny, and later on, Sulli and Bayer . .. we had a good time (we'd do it over again if we had the chance)...
