288 ¢ Greeks We, the members of Omega Psi Phi fraternity, believing that men of similar ideas of fellowship should bind themselves together in order to form a more perfect union among college men, to pro- mote the principles of manhood, scholarship, perseverance, and uplift to further brotherly love and fraternal spirit within the organiza- tion, to protect the sanctity of the home and the chastity of woman, do enact and establish this con- stitution and accompanying bylaws for the government of its members. Penn Donald Kirven Wilford Trahan Larry Perrodin The fraternity was founded on January 5, 1911 on the campus of Indiana University. The fundamental purpose of Kappa Alpha Psi is achievement. Epsilon Phi chapter at McNeese State University was founded November of 1969. Over the years our number has increas- ed tremendously, yet the brothers have had many difficulties.
