268 ¢ Greeks Alpha Kappa Alpha Alpha Kappa Alpha is the world’s oldest college-based sorority for Black professional women. Originating in 1908, AKA has maintained its position of high scholastics and “service to all mankind.” Zeta Pi chapter, chartered on December 5, 1971, has also played its part in the attainment of high scholastics and service. In the area of service, Zeta Pi has donated money to the NAACP, the Cleveland Job Corps Center, and the United Negro College Fund.
