Kevin Troutman 9. Sara Schindler, a home eco- nomics major, is active in Kappa Omicron Phi, Epsilon Alpha Epsi- lon and the American Home Eco- nomics Association. 10. Nancy Simon, a music major and graduate of Sulphur High School, is active in the uni- versity’'s band and orchestra, Sigma Alpha lota, MENC, the Lake Charles Civic Symphony and St. Margaret's Catholic. Church. 11. A member of Pi Mu Epsilon, Alpha Psi Omega and Blue Key, Matthew Smith is majoring in chemistry. He is president of the American Chemical Society Affil- iate Chapter and was “the out- standing analytical chemistry student for 1977-78. He gradu- ated from Barbe High. 12. Robert Tanner, a computing science major, is in the MSU Lions, Resident Students, Ger- man, Blue Key and Pi Mu Epsilon clubs. A resident assistant since 1976, Tanner is a graduate of ‘South Cameron High. 13. James Tate, a health and physical education major, is a three-year letterman in football, a member of the PEMM and SLTA . clubs and on the Southland Con- ference’s all-scho lastic team. He is a graduate of Port Barre High. 14. Ann Taylor, a music major, is active in the marching and symphonic bands, the orchestra, A Cappella Choir and Phi Mu Sinfonia’s Sweetheart. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha and Sigma Alpha lota and a graduate of Morgan City High. 15. Kevin Troutman, an accounting major, has served as editor of the Contraband for two years, and is active in Blue Key and received a scholarship from the Lake Charles Chapter of Louisiana’s CPAs. 16. Lynnette Wilcox, a science major from DeQuincy High, is active in the Resident Students’ Association, SLTA and SNEA. Ann Liprie, a pre-medical major, is active in Phi Mu, Epsi- lon Alpha Epsilon, the Log, the Student Union Board, the MSU Debate Club and the pre-medical society. 2. Margaret Marcon, a pre-med- ical major, is active in the pre- med society, the Resident Stu- dents’ Association, Epsilon Alpha Epsilon, the Newman Club and holds a State Board of Edu- cation Scholarship. 3. Leslie Martin, a health and physical education major, is a graduate of Morgan City High. Leslie is a three-year letterman in track and cross country and is active in PEMM, ROTC, Student Teachers Association and the Ware Rifles. He is Cadet Colonel and Brigadier Commander of the MSU ROTC. 4. Roger Martin, an accounting major, is a graduate of Westlake High. He is active in Delta Sigma Pi and the McNeese Accounting Society. 5. David O’Bryan, a pre-medical major, is president of the Student Government Association and the student representative of the State Board of Trustees. He is active in Blue Key and Phi Kappa Delta, while having graduated from Barbe High. 6. Ray Raddin is a graduate of LaGrange High. A music major, he is active in the Baptist Student Union, the A Cappella Choir, MENC, Phi Mu Alpha and holds an Eastern Star Ministerial Schol- arship. 7. Suzanne Reddell, a govern- ment major, is active in Epsilon Alpha Epsilon, Phi Mu, the McNeese Pre-Legal Society and Phi Kappa Theta. 8. Chris Rials is a graduate of Sam Houston High. He is active in Blue Key, the McNeese Engi- neering Society and is a recipient of T. H. Harris and Society of Petroleum Engineers’ scholar- ships. Ray Raddin Chris Rials
