304 The. 1979 year at McNeese will be remembered for many things. For many of us, the year was more memorable than it was for others. Some will remember it as dull gray, while many will remem- beritasa rainbow of 1G 1979 LOG staff tried to create a portion of that rainbow. We hope that this year’s book will make whatever memories you have of MSU alittle easier to remember. As time wears on, those vivid memories will become distorted and confused. Recording the year on paper was a difficult task because no two people remem- ber an event exactly the same way. But if by looking at this edition of the LOG you're able to remember some of the happi- ness, the people, the fun, and get a taste of life like it was, then for us, all of the deadline pres- sures, the frustrations and the long hours of work would be well worth the effort.
