Campus Outreach Campus Outreach is a religious club at Mc- Neese State College which was organized by a group of interested students from several congregations of the Church of Christ. The pur- pose of the club is: To provide a warm, friend- ly, Christian environment on the campus, to encourage one another to learn more about, and practice Christianity, to provide a means whereby deeper spiritual values may be ac- quired as well as close Christian fellowship with one another, and, ultimately, to teach Christianity in its simplicity to all who will listen. Some of this year's activities have been: ban- quets, Christmas party, a homecoming display which won second place in small division, and the acquisition of a building which will serve as a student center in the future. The faculty sponsor is Larry Coker, instructor in animal husbandry. Ccinterbury Association The McNeese Canterbury Association is a club associated with the Episcopal young people at McNeese. The organization's activities included a din- ner the last Wednesday ot every month, speakers, films, and discussions. The Can- terbury Club won first place in small divi- sion tor its homecoming display this year. Although Canterbury Club is an association ot Episcopal young people, all interested McNeese students are welcome to attend meetings.
