To achieve this aim, the Pre-Legal Society is often addressed by distin- guished members from the Lake Charles Bar Association and frequently visits the various law establishments. Horticulture Club The Horticulture Club was organized at McNeese State College in i958 to pro- mote interest in Horticulture around our campus and to foster study and work in the field. Proiects of the club have included beau- tification of the campus and aiding pro- motion of understanding of the field of horticulture. Various social gather- ings are enioyed throughout the year. New officers are chosen each semester. The sponsor is Mr. O. D. Hyatt. Although designed primarily for horticulture maiors, membership is open to any in- terested person.
