1 'Boy, you wouldn't believe this but l just for- got what l was suppose to say! The senior banquet was held May 24, at 6:30 in the cafeteria, the event was catered by Kopper Kitchen North. Steve Narkus and Steve Zeiner read the class wills, Chuck Holcum read the senior class prophesy, ending with Erin lVlcClaughry giving a speech on the senior's obligation to society. The banquet was enjoyed by everyone that attended. Doug Church strums his strings for graduating seniors. For once seniors enjoy the food served in the cafeteria' Seniors laugh-it-up at the entertainment provided Oh! Look at that big green frogllll

1. L., So this is what we have to show for twelve long years. On lVlay 31, 1968, 317 seniors graduated from IVIcNary High School. The Class of '68 is the first class to graduate that started as sophomores at NlcNary. Rev. Robert Emrick, of the Church of Nazarene, gave the invocation and the benediction. Students selected to speak were Judy Olsen, who talked about The Pursuit of Excellence and Bob Pickerel, whose speech was entitled The Road Not Taken. The commencement exercise was viewed by 3,000 interested parents and spectators. The Class of '68 is viewed from the balcony by Patty Drees. Randy Sampson happily receives hisdiploma 157
