The spring dance for 1971 was held Nlay first in the high school gym. The theme was spring, with flowers and fountains abundant. Music was provided by the Joyful Noise with an intermission for the announce- ment of King Pat Devlin and Queen Connie Hungerford. Quill and Scroll sponsored the dance and also supplied refreshments, served in the lobby. Quill and Scroll sponsors May Dance Pictured at top is lVlr. nnual tea held The mother-daughter tea for 1971 was held on a cloudy spring day in Nlay. The entertainment was pro- vided differently this year as several areas presented musical selections, and the guests could choose their preference. Refreshments were served in the relaxing atmosphere of mothers and daughters enjoying their tea. Pictured above are the new and old officers of the girls clubs in lVlclVlinnviIle High School forming a receiving line.
