Seniors THE SENIOR CLASS of 1958 has proven itself to be an outstanding class during the past four years in high school. This class had many exceptional students that will be the leaders of the future. Twelve students were chosen by the senior class for their service and activities in their four years of high school. These students are pictured on the following pages. The seniors have proved their ability as a team, and won second place in the March of Dimes competition. There were many seniors who won scholarships this year. Top athletic students on the football and basketball teams helped get our team into state play-offs. Mr. Greiner and Mrs. Six, the class advisors, did an outstanding job by encouraging and guiding the senior class to work as a body. The class officers were Charlotte Miller, Treasurer, Scott Compton, President, Yvonne Lofton, Secretary, Gary Kin-ion, Sergeant-at-Arms, and Mike Flanigan, vice President. As their flower the seniors chose the white orchid. Their motto was, We have crossed the bay; the ocean lies ahead. As their gift, the seniors left a lighted flagpole for the football field. 16
