Superintendent FRANK E. FAGAN Administration of 1947-48 Frank E. Fagan has served as superintendent of the McMinnville Publ:c Schools for several years, and has always been keenly interested in the educational welfare of the students of the school. Mr. Clifford J. Skinner came to McMinnville High School as principal September 1946 from Tillamook. However, our high school was not new to him as he is a graduate of Mac Hi and also of Linfield College. Student Council The student council is an organization composed of the student body officers, who serve without a vote, class presidents, and one representative for every fifteen members of each English or Social Science class. The Student Council holds all elections, acts as the nomination committee, has power to fill vacancies in case of emergency, votes on the awarding of letters in all sports and activities, warrants the awarding of all letters, and performs any duties necessary and proper to carry out the forementioned duties. Besides the above duties, this year the student council fixed special bus prices for the out of town games, and was responsible for the March of Dimes and the Junior Red Cross campaigns. This year A.S.B. officers were: President, Gene Johnson; vice-president, Betty Engel; secretary, Janet Rutherford; sergeant-at-arms, Vernon LeRoy; and advisor, Mr. Clifford J. Skinner, principal.
