cm um., Fall, 1960, brought twenty-five green freshmen to the halls of MRHS. Eager to start our high school career we soon were busy with all the new subjects. After a few weeks we chose the following class officers: President, John Kimberlin, Vice President, Larry Fuquag Secretary Marcia Clinesg Treasurer, Iirn Wonnell. Mrs. Carolyn Moon started us off right as our first sponsor. Another first for us was a roller-skating party in Lawrence. A bowling party in Lawrence ended our freshman year. I As silly sophomores we retumed to MRHS in September, 1961, With one year down and three to go, we elected our new class officers: President, Mike Beary Vice-President, Larry Fuquag Secretary, Orpha Genslerg Treasurer, Jim Wonnell. Mrs. loan Carlson was elected our sophomore class sponsor. A movie in Lawrence was our first class party of the year and a hayrack ride to the State Lake was an enjoyable finale. At the halfway point of our high school careers we entered MRI-IS in 19 62. As jolly juniors we chose the following leaders: President, Larry Fuquag Vice President, Mike Bearg Secretary, Orpha Genslerg Treasurer, Iohn Kimberlin. Our choice of sponsors were Mrs. Laurie Van De Mark and Mr. Ralph Bradley. We went to a phony sanitarium for our junior play 'Bolts and Nuts, which was the first hit of the year. This year we also went to a movie and had a hay-rack ride for our class parties. Palm trees, colorful leis, and island music welcomed our guests to the junior-senior prom, Blue Hawaii, in April. Fifteen sophisticated seniors arrived at MRHS in September, 1963, looking forward to our year at the top. To head the high and mighty seniors we chose: President, Cheri Schwinng Vice President, Mike Beary Secretary, Orpha Genslerg Treasurer, Larry Fuqua. For our class sponsors we chose Mrs. Laurie Van De Mark and Mr. William Hanson. We will always remember the exciting events of the year, such as our senior play, senior sneak, Baccalaureate, Class Night, and the big night of Graduation. Soon, it was all over and we set out on our own, some to work, some to the services, and some to college. As we look back on the events of the past four years, we say farewell to all our classmates, teachers, sponsors, and dear old MRHS. The Senior Class of 1963-64
