Hunt, Tucker, White, Lee, Webb, Iohnson Cheerleaders Everyone was on his feet when our saucy sextette came onto the floor to the strains of Old Green and White. After running through the refrain and a peppy fifteen for the tearn, we were ready for the ref's signal to play ball. ln the fall we selected the six. Their green and white outfits could be seen at every game as they led each cheer with the sarne spontaneous enthusiasm whether the Foxes were way out in front or a little behind. Their vitality must have been catching because the fans certainly supported thern in their snappy yells. The cheerleaders were made up of two seniors, Anna Lee Webb and Elva lane Tucker, two sophomores, Peggy Hunt and Vera lohnson, two freshmen, Marilyn Lee and loyce White. White, Iohnson. Lee.
