Seated: Mr. Sullivcmt, Miss Dixon. Standing: Tucker. Hall, Roush, Endicott. Freshman Officers and Sponsors Our freshman year in high school! We wandered through the halls wide- eyed, and full of questions. Surely, we were greenfbut we were proud ol it! My, we felt so grown up-so much older. . .We were living in a wonderful world all our own. A lovely, gay, enthusiastic, funny and blissful society. Ours is a world of sweaters and shirts and bobby sox and loafers. lt is a world still devoted to parents who are pals even if we do us the telephone too much. lt is a world of algebra, English . . . peanut butter and popcorn . . . and cokes at Ronnies , . . football games, basketball games . . . with two of our classmates selected as cheerleaders, Marilyn Lee and loyce White. The freshman class held a class meeting to elect its officers and class advisors. By this time, the freshmen were in a big whirl of school activities, their own activities and were up to their ears in studies. But all in all, the freshmen admit that being a freshman is an exciting adventure. Now they come to the end of their year with their minds stuffed with that thing called education and are looking forward to next year. 44322
