 FACULTY KATHERINE BANDY Mrs. Bandy teaches Business Edu- cation. She attended Southeast Missouri State College in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Mrs. Bandy enjoys reading and traveling as her nobbies. She is a co-sponsor of the Senior Class. P. GLENN COLER Mr. Coler is the instructor of in- strumental music in our school. He was responsible for the music at our home basketball games this year. Mr. Coler obtained his know- ledge by attending Illinois Wesley- an University. He enjoys viewing boxing. HANK KAISER Mr. Kaiser is the coach, and teach- es Boys Physical Education and General Science. He is the sponsor of the M-W Club. Coach Kaiser attended the University of Iowa, University of Illinois, and Illinois State Normal University. His hob- bies are baseball, hunting, and fishing. ELBERT C. McINTIRE Mr. Mclntire teaches Vocational Agriculture and Biology. In addi- tion to this, he sponsors the Future Farmers of America and is co- sponsor of the Senior Class. He attended Southern Illinois College, University of Illinois, and Colorado College. He raises purebred sheep for a nobby. HARRY O. OLSON Mr. Olson teaches Industrial Arts and Drivers Education. He spon- sors the Industrial Education Club and is co-sponsor of the Sophomore Class. Mr. Olson attended Illinois State Normal University. His hobby is sports. NORMA OLSON Mrs. Olson is the instructor in English and Girls Physical Edu- cation. She is also kept quite busy sponsoring the Hub, the Pep Club, and co-sponsoring the Sophomore Class. She attended Illinois State Normal University. Her hobby is sports, especially swimming. Mrs. Olson also helped our cheerleaders in their work.

The Board of Education for McLean-W'aynesville Unit District No. 12 Schools is pictured above with their Superintendent. They are: Kenneth O. Moreland, Superintendent; Ralph Alexander, Secretary; Gearold Davis; Garland Necessary; J. B. Turner; Ralph Morgan, President; Wilbur Michaels. Julius Bristow was unable to have his picture taken with the other board members. DWIGHT R. AITKEN Mr. Aitken is the principal of Mc- 1-ean-Waynesville High School. He teaches Chemistry and spon- sors the Student Council. Mr. Aitken attended Washington Uni- versity in St. Louis, Missouri and Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. His hobby is wood- working. ADMINISTRATION We, the students of McLean-Waynesville High School, wish to express our sincere thanks for the many services given to us during the past school year by our school board. We realize the board comes up against many problems during a school year. They must try to choose the best teachers available for our schools, try to improve our facilities and many other things. We feel that the board for the past year has done a very fine job for us.

C. GUY RUNYAN Mr. Runyan is teaching English and Spanish in our high school. He attended DePauw University. His hobby is solving puzzles. DONALDS. SCHROEDER Mr. Schroeder is the sponsor of the Hi-Lite and co-sponsor of the Freshman Class. He also teaches English IV. Mr. Schroeder attended the University of Illinois, Wright Junior College, and Illinois State Normal University. He makes a hobby of sports and books. JOSEPH A. WELLMAN Mr. Wellman took the place of Mr. Wilson in teaching American and World History. He also directed the Junior and oenior plays. Mr. Well- man attended Western Illinois State College at Macomb. His hobby is reading. MRS. ELDORA WINTER Mrs. Winter teaches Home Econom- ics. She also sponsors the Future Homemakers of America and is co- sponsor of the Junior Class. She attended Illinois State Normal University. Mrs. Winter has a rather unusual hobby of collecting demi-tasse cups. WALTER D. WINTER Mr. Winter attended Culver-Stockton College in Canton, Missouri and also Illinois State Normal Univer- sity. He uses the knowledge he obtained there to teach Mathe- matics in our school. His hobby is sports, golf in particular. He is also co-sponsor of the J unior Class. ROBERT WILSON Mr. Wilson was our American and World History teacher until Uncle Sam took him to do some work for him. He attended Illinois State Normal University. His hobby is dramatics.
