The National Honor Society fsponsored by Mrs. Pat Burton and Mr. Tim Nellerl is known for their leadership of the stu- dent body and their scholastic capabilities. This year the N.H.S. has spon- sored the most successful paper drive at McLain and before the Christmas holidays, the mem- bers went to Christian Nursing Home and provided the resi- dents with joyous Christmas Spirit. While these are just a few of the things that they have done this year, the McLain National Honor Society has contributed greatly to the unity of McLain High School. A knowledge of the fundamentals of stagecraft is learned and applied in the construction of scenery for assemblies, plays, and other activities.
