ADMINISTRATION The function of the Board of Education is to intrepret, and provide for the needs of the schools under their jurisdiction. In addition, board mem- bers provide the leadership in securing the finest educational program for the youth in their com- munity. The policies which are practicable today must be flexible enough to meet changes occuring in educational growth. Here at McKinley We are particularly fortu- nate in having three highly capable administrators: Paul A. Schott, head principal, Kenneth P. Kate, first assistant principal, and Andrew S. Kristy, sec- ond assistant principal. To these men, and indeed the entire administration, We offer our congratu- lations on a job Well done and encourage its con- tinuation as such. PAUL A. The Advisors offer a variety of services which have the common objective of helping students become increasingly self-guided in maximum utili- zation of their talents and opportunities. The students receive educational and vocation- al counseling Which enables them to discuss pro- blems relating to school adjustments.
