It is with peculiar interest that we look forward each year to the publication of the Yough-A- Mon. In this twentieth volume of the yearbook the staff has sought to portray, by picture, car- toon, and story, the achievements of the past year, its friendships, attainments. This illustrated story of events has been centered around the motif of the Yough-A-Mon , the ring design approved by the student body and adopted by the school authorities. In this portrayal we have sought to perpetuate the fine democratic spirit of our superintendent, his forward-looking vision of a better and more efficient school. If by word and by picture the staff has reflected that spirit and that vision in this volume, then our purpose has been achieved. To you who read: Greeting!
