Before we begin. XVe pause to pay tribute to a member of the faculty whose time, knowledge, and experience are unselfishly given to her chosen profession. She is a teacher who feels that her responsibility toward her students does not end when classes are dis- missed. Her regard for the welfare of young people has not been limited to those who are in school, she has extended a helping hand to many graduates as well. A firm be- lief in discipline and the ability to inspire students to study have made her an excellent teacher. A delightful sense of humor and a sympathetic understanding of teen-age problems have made her a valued friend of every student.
