After Safety Patrol installations in the fall, the White belted members were seen everywhere, doing a very successful job of keeping order and helping to make the school function more smoothly.

The Council acted as jury for oienders reported by the Safety Patrol and met Weekly to discuss school problems and possible solutions for them.
