Sophomore Year: We began our Sophomore year with a little more courage and confidence in our- selves. This year we entered the one-act play contest, putting ourselves in competition with the other classes. This year Mr. Farrell was our advisor. About the middle of the year Barbara Dickinson transferred here from Orford, which then brought us up to fourteen. Mr. Bowler was our advisor. We gave our Senior play, Chintz Cottage, in October, and it was a success. This year we have been putting out, one a month, the McIA Newspaper. The Editor is joan Scott. Assistant Editors are Mary DeRusha and Phyllis Paradie, and the Art Editor is Barbara Dickinson. We entered the one-act play contest again this year with a play called Pot Luck?
