He makes me sick, anyway. He's one of the kind of boys that are so tired all the time and he just about drags him- self around. He has one of those darn Jeeps that aren't worth get- ting into to drive. Oh well some people are just naturally dumb, anyway and another one I think is just plain, right down stupid-- well that's Reggie Hately. He wears goggles-I mean glasses and he's so small that when he's playing basketball and running around he looks just like a potato bug. And besides that he's always making some kind of noise that drives me crazy and I feel like pounding him up. And that darned Ronnie Crowe-the girls like him and I'1l have to admit he's nice looking and everything, but Gee! he makes me mad, he studies to much and he's too smart for me. Another one I simply can't stand is Hucky Aiken-some call him Jr. and some call him Oscar but his real name is Leonard. He's a darn good basketball player and he's popular, too. Especially with the girls, but therehs one thing about him-he isn't very smart-Oh! he can fix a car, in fact he knows alot about cars, but well-anyway-he makes me mad. Let's see now there's another one too. His name is Dickie Strew. He's fairly smart in school, but he talks a lot. Well, as I said before I don't talk about people but Charlie Goss still thinks I do. Everett Chase '53 nVermontn Vermont is the mountain state Of which all Vermonters are proud: The wonderful gifts Mother Nature gave us, Is more than enough to draw crowds. The beautiful colors of late fall Have very rapidly been fleeing Then winter snows fall over all To make everyone want to go skiing. The many green colors of early spring Remind us that summer is comming. I have a good reason to want to sing, for the long wanted vacation is coming. It's there that you will hear them say M ' Is everyones' homework done today?H, Teachers are the ones who order the work That's al so the reason why you can't shirk. At school, you see many friends, Nearly everyone you know attends. They'l1 admit Ktho' no one likes to studyl That each one is everyones' buddy. There are four teachers who help us: Twitchell Pow ll , e , and Rasines. The last, but not least is Kierstead. He, of course, represents our head. School lasts from 8 30 'til O : 3: G Not until then are we actually free. Jrs. and Srs. don't always agree, If you were there then you would see. Freshmen and Sophomores get along alright. Yo h u ardly ever hear of them in a fight. McIA doesn't look so elaborate. But the students of the same thinks it's really grelt. we do man Mclndoes is tops in basketball. . y things, studying's not all Gosh, I've told of books, teachers, and ball, So, I guess I'll close for I think that's all.
