Out of a total of twenty games, only three were dropped and those three to teams each of which was champ- ion is its respective league. They lost to woodsville twice and to Orleans, once. In Hilldale League play, they were undefeated. They also defeated Lisbon twice and Mr. St. Joseph twice, and the alumni once. The girls bettered their last years' record since, they were defeated once by Groton. The championship cup, presented to the captains, Loucille Schi- lling and Gloria Hammond by Mr. Streeter, President of the Hilldale League, at the Concord Award Dance, now has the name of Mclndoes etched in it two years in succession. Three years are necessary to keep the cup. Captains Schilling and Hammond, with their team-mate Ramona Dickinson made up the strongest defense in the League. They, using their heighth and speed, usually managed to gain control of the ball shortly after it entered the defense area d 1 an wh pped it back to the eforwards. The guards were used as forwards in several games--Ramona :Dickinson was consistantly used as forward. Final points scored for :guards were: goals fouls total 5 R. Dickinson 9 2 20 G.
