The Candidates for Homecoming King and Queen were: Kathy Anderson. Sara Kay Douglas, Jeanette Freund. Nanci Litke, Ruth Phannenstill. Sue Stinespring. John Hogan. Jim Huemann, Ray Jensen. Tom Mc- Mahon. Charlie Olson. and Mark Zimmerman. Jeanette Freund and Jim Huemann were crowned King and Queen. This year our football team placed third in the conference and we had five all-stars. They were: Wally Schimke. Charlie Olson. Phil Schneider. Tom Mcitlahon. and Mark Zimmerman. After Christmas vacation was over things started to.move fast. We had Senior pic- tures taken January 21. 22. and 23 and we also ordered our caps and gowns. and invitations. Our Senior Class Play. A Murder Has Been Arranged, was presented March 2 and held the audience spellbound. The Characters in the play were: Gene Dietle, Mary Banks. Bambi Marticke. Kathy Anderson, John Feyerer. Jim Boger, Jeanette Freund, and Judy Hollenbach. Patti Miller and Dee Ann Hester were our student directors. A fine directing job was done by Miss Zender. As we near the end of our school year, we look back and remember all the good times we have had in MCHS and can truly say they are the most memorable four years of our lives.
