GRAND HONORS Honor Students HONORS GRAND HONORS Gayle Ann Wernsing has maintained a 3.934 and will graduate with GRAND HONORS Gayle has served as Student Body Secretary, Girl’s League, treasurer; sec.-treas. of Pep Band. Her junior year she was selected as a delegate of Girl's State. She is a member of Torch Honor, Thespians, and Chorus, only to mention a few of her accom- plishments. Her future plans are to attend U of O. GRAND HONORS GRAND HONORS go to Cindy Fager for maintaining a 3.867 GPA. Her many activities start with Girls League President, junior class Pres. Editor of the Highlander, Torch Honor, Thespians, and Pep Band. As a junior, she was chosen as a delegate to Girl's State. She is a member of the school's speech team. She plans to attend OSU, studying for a career in veterinary medicine. GRAND HONORS Charles Jackson graduates with HONORS for maintaining a 3.469 GPA. He is a transfer from River- side High School. He has lettered in football and basketball and is a member of the Highlander and Bagpipes staff. He is also a mem- ber of the chorus. His future plans are to attend Willamette Univer- sity. Sally Adams receives uRAND HONORS for maintaining a GPA of 3.840. She is a four year member of Torch Honor, Girl's League, and Pep Band. She was named FFA Sweetheart in 1965, and 1966 she was named to the Umatilla County Fair Court. Her plans are to attend OSU. GRAND HONORS go to Rashell Sheard for maintaining a GPA of 3.816. Her activities begin with Editor of the Bagpipes, President of the Pep Band, a member of Girl's League, Torch Honor, and Thes- pians. She was chosen as an alter- nate to Girl's State. Her future plans are to attend EOC. 14
