Our hats are off to our local school supporters who have cushioned our work by presenting our school with equipment necessary to make a child's school life more interesting. At Christmas time our buildings beam with the Christmas trees pre- sented, on the playground, activities and games are carried on through the efforts of thoughtful P.T.A. people: wet clothing is no longer a problem at Roosevelt School since the installation of the clothes dryer: now for the benefit of all students, an audiometer has been presented in order that the hearing acuity of each student may be checked. This screening program is being carried on by Mrs. Lindsey and Mr. Kukuk. Financial support for this program comes through membership dues and the annual school fair. We of McDonald Schools say -- Good work P.T.A. : we greatly appreciate your interest. PAGE E
