FIRST ROW tleft to rightl - JoEtta Simp- son, Joette Russell. SECOND ROW - Betty Siry, Marianne Siry. THIRD ROW - Mar- garet Novak, Mary No- vak. BAND and MAJORETTE Leading the band were six high-stepping majorettes. These girls added color to the band as they demonstrated their abilities in twirling and marching. The majorettes perfected their feats only after long hours of summer practices at the school and down at the football field in the evenings. The band lost Mr. Mruk in January. He was replaced by Mr. Harvey Lederstein, who did a very commendable job. The band is fortunate in losing only live seniors this year. We feel that the band and majorettes have done an outstanding job and hope they will continue to do so. The officers of the band include: Joye Masquelier, presidentg David Pletincks. vice presidentg Robert Lamb, secretary-treasurer: Beverly Cameron, librarian. l IltS'l' RUNV lla-fl to right? - Joyv Mnsquolivr, David Pletincks, lleyvrly Cnmvron.
