'N'-av love for rock climbing and a love for discovery united members of the Geology and Astronomy clubs. Though the clubs are separate, they have a lot in common. Both clubs made fre- quent trips to Enchanted Rock where they learned to appreciate nature and have fun at the same time. C. Hendricks, A. McKay, M. Cahanes, J. Nash, S. Kincaid, J. Hickey. l Students joined the Geology club for a variety of reasons. Jaime Schubert likes the climbs because, it's a great way to get away and just think. Fellow member Maurice Larrimore said, rock climbing is the best thing you can do. Mike Self agreed even though some of the climbs are very tough, but well worth the effort. Jeff Nash, Gabe Pelligrini, and Kevin Slattery think that finding the Big Dipper A is easy with a constellation map. ,I I' The Astronomy club kept busy w weekly star-gazing sessions. While sor people like to wish upon a falling sta this club's members enjoyed learning they could about the remaining stars the sky. r
