That's what drives the members of the Future Farmers of America Club to get up before dawn every morning to feed and care for their livestock. Through the FFA program, the students learned to build character and respon- sibility by caring for their animals while also building their future careers. The students did well in many area competitions, but The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo was the highlight of the year, President Scott Thompson said the group worked well together.
