shooting some hoop ong hours of dedication resulted in victories for the High- landers. Our team goal for the year was to create a feeling of unity and to make it to the playoffs, said senior Randy Flidlon. The thrill of being included in the playoffs made these players work even harder. One of our strongest points is that we do play hard and we enjoy playing ball with each other. senior Chip Entwistle ex- plained. The team's endurance on offense got stronger and they scored well. They had height on their side, and talent in every respect. Playing basketball, although it took hard work, was a learning experience. Being on the program for four years distilled values prepared the players for the future. Through my four years in lvlcC basketball, I have gained re- sponsibility, leadership qualities, and lots of great friends, said senior Penn lvlalery. The varsity team also received new uniforms.
