You have to be dedicated to running Cross Countryg that is the only way you get to be the best. said Sheila Bundscho. In order for these girls to improve their skills, they had to wake up as early as 5:3Oa.m. to be at practice by 6:45a.m. Every day before school, they ran 8 to 10 miles. This was Coach Dena Williams' first year with the team. Kim Gentry comment- ed on Coach Williams' coaching style by saying, She pushes you to do your best. l like that.
