It has been said that the future belongs to those who are prepared for it. Beyond high school are many opportunities which enable young men and women to achieve success and security, if they possess driving force. Even genius, like humanity, rusts for want of use and it would seem that an honest citizen who thinks for himself is worth for national, local, or individual purposes more than a dozen equally honest citizens who are willing to let others do their thinking for them. Throughout our years in high school he has taught us good sportsmanship and the value of co-operation; in guiding us, he has made our school one of which to be proud.
