SENIOR CLASS PROPHECY December 23rd of 1975 was a cold snowy evening in the city of McComb, and as we look into the household of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Shoop, his wife being the former Thais Booth, they were wondering which theater to attend on this cold snowy evening, Finally after much dis- cussion they decided to go to the Watson and Bush Cinerama Theater, owned and operated by Richard Bush and Raymond Watson, After much debating they called a taxi service and when the taxi picked them up, who should be driving but Lowell Spitnail who owned and operated his own 'Spitnales Squadron of Speedy Sportsmobiles. When they arrived at the theater who should be clearing the walk of snow but Jerry Myers, who after running up a big gambling debt with 'Diamond Don LaRue' the gambling king, had to supplement his income by getting a part time job. Upon reaching the ticket window they spied Sharon Leiter who was selling tickets to help pay her way through business school. Inside the theater taking tickets, they found Ronnie Moore who had just been named the best dressed doorman. Asthey approached the popcorn stand they were greeted by Roberta Hale, who was busily popping popcorn, After buying some popcorn they went into the theater and were ushered to their seats by James Fogle who ushered them down aisle four in his Fogmobile. The sportsreel has just started and they saw the latest flashes of the game of the week, The McComb Manglers were playing the Deweyville Duckwalkers, and we see manager James Sheidler of the Manglers marching magnificently out to argue with the coach of the Duckwalkers, Robert Pickens, Suddenly Pickens threw a right and a left, and abruptly the sportsreel ended, Flashing on the screen next was the main feature, We see that the title of the film is 'Mouthy Mel Meets his Match. The story is built around the life of Melvin Peterman, the famous comedian. We see the film is written by Lois Carol Ziessler, the former Lois Carol Montague, who is the famous author of her day, and the story is from her novel of the same name. The movie was produced and directed by the noted Producer-Director Mr, James Haughn who has produced and directed such movies as Oh and 'Who Drug the Dragnet Away' which is better known as 'What Happen- ed to Jack's Webb? The stars of the movie we note are Miss Nancy Thomas, who is the famous character actress, in the part of his mother. Also in the movie is the Miss Marylin Fundum who in real life is married to this famous comedian, She plays the part of his wife in the movie. As the movie progresses we see the handsome James Leader, the bobbysocks delight, with his silver trumpet and his famous chorus line which has in it two old classmates of his, Norma Like and Shirley Foltz, Finally the show ends and the coming attractions are shown, The previews we see are of the famous dramatic team of Marcella Ewing and Alberta Hess who in private life are known as Mrs, Lionel Hawkins and Mrs, Ronald Courtright. An extra feature was shown on modern science. This movie was taken in the laboratory of the famous Phyisist Dr. Howard Troutner who at the time of the movie was working on an experiment for atomic control of the modified leniar gquatgon on radio active necular molecules, As his assistant and wife we find the former Emmalue unne , After leaving the show Dan and Thais went to the Black Panther Night Club where they see Roberta Wisterman the famous singer dining with Carol Keeran a famous Paris clothes designer and Betty Donaldson a Famous New York Stylist, Dan and Thais joined them at the table and discussed old times. Soon Mr, and Mrs, William Christman fthe former Pat Buchananj and Mr, and Mrs, George Brown fthe former Joy Shankj c-ame in and upon seeing the group joined them, Suddenly to the surprise of everyone a drumbeat announces the appearance of the famous night club star Dorothy Leader who upon seeing the group stops her act and joins the group at the table and they all talked way into the night.
