cLAss WILL We, the Senior Class of 1954 of McComb High School know that our days in this school are as numbered as the hairs on Coach Finley's head. Being of weak mind,weak body and totally incapable of concentration, in accordance with the laws of M.H.S., we make this our last will and testimony. To the entire school we leave the example we have set as excellent scholars and blameless students. To the Juniors we bequeath our Government textbooks, providing they hold a bonfire early next fall, using these instead of firewood. To the Sophomores, we do bequeath our intelligence, our good behavior, and ability to carve desks. To the Freshmen we leave our sympathy and regret that they will be re- quired to struggle along somehow without the advice, help and direction of a truly remarkable group of Seniors of 1954. To the faculty we will all the things we should have learned,but still don't know, all the things we should have done, but didn't do, and all the weary hours spent in the detention hall. I, Dwain Augsburger, hereby will my sleepy disposition to Melvin Peter- man, providing he can keep his eyes and mouth closed at the same time. I, Jack Pickens,hereby will my convertible to my brother Dick,providing he keeps up the Picken's tradition of having the sharpest convertible in school. - I, Wayne Spitnale, hereby will my main attraction to the girls, which is red hair,to BillClevenger so he can geta date for the Junior-Senior Banquet. I, Phyllis Wagner,hereby will my ability to make candy cake,for the bake sale, to the Juniors, so they can make money for their trip. I, John Washburn, hereby will my three inch whiskers to Dick Bush, so he can impress the ladies. 1, LaDonna Myers, hereby will my blinking eye lids to Beverly Shoop, so she can charm the men. I, Helen Keckley, hereby will my ability to use words I do not know the meaning of to Helen Allen, providing she uses my pet expression don't be coy . I, Bill Morrison,hereby will my ability to razz people fsmaller than mej to Jerry Myers, providing he keeps up the tradition of razzing the Rehus boys. I, Ruth Ziessler, hereby will my gift of gab to Alberta Hess so she can keep up with Marcella on a double date. 1, Jack Finley, hereby will my 39 Chevy coupe to anyone that will take it, providing they put on another wooden running board.
