ALL UNHURT AS IET CRASHES A ,IT 658, which, as you know, is our latest type jet transport, crash-landed at Indian Green Airfield early this morning. Airline stewardess Janice Eberly stated that none of the passengers were injured. Aboard the plane were International Broadcasting Company president R. A. George and his wife and secretary, the former Sharon Wilkinson. Here, said Jim, is an article on the circus that is playing at the Garden. The two top performers are Wanda Buckmaster and Doris Fogle. It says they tried unsuccessfully for ten years to land their men and then became human cannon balls trying to land themselves. ANNUAL CONVENTION The national convention of the old maid's I Hate Men club was held here Tuesday. Presiding was Miss Joanne Bundy, president and founder. THE TI-IIRTEENTH KING Doris King gave birth yesterday to her thirteenth son, Charlie. Doris is starting her own 4-H Club, Charlie's Creeping Crop Dustersf, Then they turned to the Sports Page, where they saw the column, Courtie's Column of Current Clashesfi written by Ronnie Courtright. The column was filled with rave notices of The Deweyville Lambs, the famous Pro-Team. The Lambs are in their tenth undefeated season sparked by Joe Collingwood's brilliant running and Dick Ritter's sensational passing. The team has not been scored on in six years. On the theater page they read the ad for entertainment at the ballroom of the Waldorf-Astoria featuring the music of Leroy Butler, his drums, and his orchestra. Also in Leroy's band is that lovely singer and bril- liant pianist, Dottie Harden. Also on that page was an ad for the Muskrat Run, that new restaurant, which specializes in muskrat sandwiches, and run by Gene Rehus. Serving these sandwiches is a waitress from way back, his wife, the for- mer ,Ianet Sterling. Then, too, there was an ad for the Snyder-Kelly Trailer Camp. It seems that Lois and Mart had looked at so many trailers that they couldn't decide on one so they bought a fleet of them and now rent them out. And on the comic page they found the cartoon about the Arabian Lal Ab Ner, written by the brilliant cartoonist ,lack Ziessler. '4Well, who would have believed itf, said Paul, 'Gthat all our classmates would turn out so successfully. Jim agreed and they got ready for their first night in modern beds for fifteen long years. 22
