The McComb School Board is composed of dedicated civic leaders who have the basic responsibility of policy-making for the McComb Public School System and operation of the eleven schools in the district. Of the five-member board, three are appointed by the McComb City Board, and two are elected by the people who live in the territory of the school district out side the McComb city limits.
