In the clubs the girls sponsor intramural in arch- ery, tennis, ping pong, badmin- ton, shuffleboard, basketball, volleyball, and softball. Each year the GHS club spon- sors the Powder Puff Football Game. The two teams are se- lected and coached by senior lettermen. Another event spon- sored by the club is the Student- Faculty Basketball Game. The money acquired from. these games helps to buy equipment for the gym. The sponsors this year are Mrs. Becky Izard at Gibson and Mrs. Carolyn Casey at Denman.
