The McComb High debaters, coached by Mr. Don Pichitino of the Speech Department, received an Excellent award as a team in the tournament. ln addition, three of the debaters- Harrell Weathersby, Freddy Travis and Lynwood Carr-also earned Excellent awards. The McComb negative pair of Carr and Travis placed at the top among negative teams.
