The Girls' Track team sprinted off to a pretty successful season by placing 4th in district and topping that with four regional qualifiers. Freshmen and sophomores take up most of the slots for next year's team, giving Coach Nancy Purser a feeling of optimism. The Boys Cross Country has shown tremendous improve- ment through the years and is still going strong. The cross country members are able to improve the team by hard work and doing the best of their ability. Coach Nancy Purser is the heart ofthe team. With her coaching and the members hard work, she hopes to have an even better season next year. Through hard work and determination Pete Lara placed 65rd when he went to a regional meet this year.
